Course Materials
All rights not expressly granted within the Terms and Conditions are reserved, and no part of the text, illustrations, clinical pictures, drawings, graphics, videos or other content or materials published on this Site or within any Core CPC Module (collectively the “Course Materials”) may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, modified, published, displayed, distributed, stored or shared in any form except for the limited purposes provided for within these Terms and Conditions, without the express written permission of TeamHealth Institute (THI). The Course Materials are exclusively owned by THI, an AmerTeam entity and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other applicable proprietary rights. You shall not remove or alter any author attributions, copyright or other proprietary notices on the Site or Course Materials.
Completing the Course Materials does not guarantee passage of any exam or any other such outcome.
Personal Use Only
Access to the Site or the Course Materials is for individual use only and you agree not to share your access to this Site or the Course Materials with any other individuals. You agree to keep any password, username or other information used to access the Site and Course Materials secure. You agree to notify THI immediately in the event of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Sharing access to the Site or the Course Materials with another individual violates these Terms and Conditions, can result in termination of your access to the Site or the Course Materials, revocation of accumulated CME credit, and other possible penalties allowed in your state or available under applicable law.
You shall not use the Site or the Course Materials in any way that is in violation of any applicable laws, ordinances or regulations or that otherwise infringes or violates any other person’s rights. You understand and agree that the use of such personally identifiable information for purposes other than for your own personal educational purposes as authorized under these Terms and Conditions, such as copying, reprinting or showing the media contained within the Course Materials to third parties that have not purchased the Course Materials, is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Academic Integrity Policy

Applicable Law/Venue
These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute or controversy that arises out of or is related to your use of the Site or the Course Materials, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. You agree that all claims and disputes regarding your use of the Site or the Course Materials shall be resolved exclusively in courts sitting within the state of Tennessee and you consent to such personal jurisdiction of courts sitting within the state of Tennessee and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.
Miscellaneous
If any provision within these Terms and Conditions are held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions within these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. THI’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to later enforce these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and THI with respect to your use of the Site and the Course Materials and these Terms and Conditions shall supersede all prior agreements, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and THI with respect to your use of the
Site and the Course Materials.
Conflicts of Interest:
THI authors and editors have no financial conflicts of interest to disclose and receive no commercial support from any outside entity.
